In 2016, Australia’s big banks launched mobile pay. People loved the new tech, in theory. In practice, they stuck with old payment methods. To get Aussies reaching for their phones instead of their wallets, we created a cash-can’t-buy experience - the world’s first cashless wishing well at the National Gallery of Victoria.
